Mindful Val d'Ega: from 15 to 29 June and from 7 to 21 September 2024, focus on yourself and our nature. Whether during mindfulness exercises with Dr Thomas Bernagozzi at Mindful.Latemar, in the permaculture gardens of the Eisathhof farm or during an invigorating outdoor yoga session - recharge your batteries and energy that you can take with you into your everyday life.

• Monday: Sunset hike to the Weisshorn
• Tuesday: Mindful.Latemar
• Wednesday: Permaculture gardens at the Eisath farm
• Thursday: Herbal hike
• Thursday: The fascination of the night and stars: night hike with Stephanie Wolters
• Friday: Yoga under the Latemar with a hike
