In the Eggental Valley, as the sun sets on the horizon, casting a breathtaking play of colors across the sky and the Dolomite mountains, a culinary experience of the highest class begins: The Chef's Open Air – Sunset Edition.

6 Eggen Valley gourmet chefs, 4 old wood-fired ovens, 1 legendary mountain backdrop between the Rosengarten and the Latemar: the main ingredients for the Chefs’ Open Air as part of Eggental Valley’s Culturinarika. Wines by renowned South Tyrolean winemakers will be served in keeping with the delicious food. The band “The Legendary St. Pauls Tschäss Bänd” will ensure there is plenty of great gourmet music too.

Tuesday: Cooking class with gourmet chef Gregor Eschgfäller: create a 4-course menu under his guidance

Wednesday: Guided tour through the permaculture gardens of Eisathhof farm

Thursday: Guided tour at the Steinegg Museum: 1000 years of Tyrolean history, customs, and traditions

Friday: Herbal workshop with expert herbalists: insights into the healing power and culinary uses of wild herbs, including the creation of your own products
